This achievement can be unlocked when you complete Mayfield: The Room.
Mayfield will incriminate Conway if Mayfield has camera footage of Conway from both Mayfield: The DataSec Recording and The Room.
If Mayfield has camera footage of Conway, to avoid incrimination you need to avoid activating any of the cameras in the level. You can switch the cameras off by linking devices to the camera with the Crosslink.
After that, you need to give Mayfield the real data to unlock the achievement.
